HP Touchpad Running Android 2.2.1

Here’s video of an HP Touchpad running Android 2.2.1 out of the box. THe user claims that his Touchpad unit is probably a test version from the Qualcomm Innovation Center. In the video he walks through the developer tools and web browser but cannot find a way to get Android Market  to work.
